So yesterday my friend and I decided to go out and shoot some light streaks. little did we know that it was not going to turn out the way we excepted. First of all do not shoot in this weather if you do you would need a few things that we did not think about in the first place:

Bandanna, why so the heat and sweat do not bother you

Water bottles, never leave home without it

water cooler, see number 2

Expect the unexpected

Needless to say it was fun, however what we got image wise was not really what we went shooting for.

Here you can see I got an image of the building we were shooting next to.

This image came out when I was messing with my focus settings.

This image came out when I did something really stupid but hey it looks good.

So this is what we where after Finnaly.

Hope you enjoyed the pictures.

I needed to add some cardio into my workout routine since my body keeps changing, however my weight is increasing. So I decided to get into riding a bike a real one that is not a stationary one. It has been a while since I ridden a bike more like 15 years ago so it took me a while to adjust to it at first.

I looked at the available choices we had here in kuwait and most shops which are like two shops in total carry the Trek bikes.

1- Go Sport
2- Extreme Sports Tel +965 257 55 898

I called both to see how much they cost since I had my mind set on the Trek 3900 for 198 KD. After calling each Go Sport told me that the bikes are not included in their summer discounts. However Extreme Sports were. Since I was going to spend 198 KD anyways and the Trek 4300 which was 260 KD in Go Sport but was for 178 KD in Extreme guess where I got it from.

So it handles great but I need to get used to the seat, Planning on going for a ride with a friend of mine on the beach every Sunday and Tuesday from now on and lets hope I will shed a few Kilos and get rid of the belly fat.

After browsing through countless flickr pages and thorough research I decided to get a Canon EOS 7D. Soon I realized that starting this journey meant that I would need to spend a shitload of money on the gear. I wont get into details yet just going to show off what I have and then later give a thorough review. So heres what I have.

Hi everyone, so I know it’s been a while since I last did this blog thing. Had some good moments and a couple of bad ones. Good news though is I’m back and would be updating in a regular manner. A few things you might have missed since we last (insert appropriate word here).

I was busy with work you can say. In the last year had 3 different jobs but luckily the one I’m currently in ain’t bad at all so we will see how things go would complete a year by next month so thats a good sign I say.

Other than that have been doing this fitness and workout thing on and off got some good results, then went back to the beer belly look. After testing and finding out what good whats really really good for me. Yeah thats a Boondocks reference btw. Found out that being consistent is key. Food wise I try to limit my carb intake to smaller portions, and adding more protein. Been on a few diets and realized that if I just stick to 5 meals a day and have no carbs after 5 PM, I’m good. The key to the game is to be consistent. right now I’m at 95 KG and been working out for two weeks I would put up results on a monthly basis for those interested.

Other things thats been going on I decided to get into the DSLR game and as you can see I have a flickr account which you can access from the homepage. I would share some of my photos as well since well want some feedback and you guys are good critics. Tomorrow I would share with you guys my gear.

As for now enjoy what is coming. and fi you have any suggestions or feedback kindly share your thoughts.
